I haven’t been me for the past few months and I am done with it. There’s no point in being in a relationship at my age or with my mindset on what I want to do. I want to be a stand up comedian and an actor that requires traveling and focusing more on myself. I tried to be in a relationship and give another person my all, but it didn’t work out and it isn’t her fault, but there’s too much pain and overaggression involved in break ups and I don’t feel the need to be involved with it anymore. It’s stupid. I am going to live a better lifestyle. I am going to have fun with my friends and I am going to focus 100% on my stand up.
Sometimes people will give me this compliment- they’ll say, “The thing that makes you funny, Anthony, is that you say what everybody’s thinking.” And I always say, “NO I DON’T.” If you’re thinking these things, you should be in jail.

This is a really great interview that Anthony did while he was writing for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Definitely loved the part about the “short stories and part of a novel” that he wrote in high school and college. I’d kill to read those.
